Where do you ship?

Across the EU, from our warehouse in Spain. Most orders arrive within 1 to 4 business days. See shipping and returns for full details.

How long does delivery take?

1–2 business days for Benelux, 2–3 days for Germany and France, 2–4 days for Southern Europe. We ship within 24 hours of your order, weekdays.

What is your return policy?

Fourteen days from delivery, no questions. The item must be unused and in original packaging. Email us at hello@linnandpaw.com and we will send the return address.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not yet. We are working on it. For now, our packaging is minimal and giftable as-is — recycled cardboard, cream paper, no plastic.

Are your products tested on animals?

Only on our own cats, and only voluntarily. We do not work with suppliers who do animal testing of any kind.

Where are your products made?

Most pieces are made in Europe — Spain, Portugal, Italy, Denmark, Belgium. A few smart-tech items are made in East Asia by suppliers we have vetted personally. We are transparent about origin on every product page.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not shipped yet. Email us within a few hours of ordering at hello@linnandpaw.com.

Do you offer discounts or sales?

Rarely. We price things fairly from the start — no inflated prices to discount later. Subscribers to our email get an occasional early access or a small thank-you discount, but we do not run flash sales.

Is there a Linn & Paw shop I can visit?

Not yet. We are online-only for now. If you are in Antwerp or Brugge and want to see something in person, email us — we sometimes do private viewings.
