What is the return policy?
Fourteen days from delivery. No forms, no questions. We send a free EU return label by email.
What materials do you use?
Natural fibres, untreated wood, recycled aluminium, food-grade ceramics. We avoid plastic where we can. Each product page lists the materials used.
Are these products safe for cats?
Yes. Food-grade materials, natural fibres, untreated wood, pet-safe ceramics. We never use materials with known toxicity to cats.
