These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and online store operated by Linn & Paw (the "Services"). By using the Services, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Eligibility

To use the Services and place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Account

You may browse the Services without an account. To complete a purchase or save your preferences, you may need to create one. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect unauthorised use, contact us immediately.

Products and pricing

We display product information, including images and descriptions, with care. Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are possible due to the nature of natural materials and screen rendering. We do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely free of error.

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT for EU customers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery destination. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders that are already confirmed.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical error or technical fault, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment received.

Orders and payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order at our discretion, including for reasons of stock availability, suspected fraud, or shipping limitations.

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. Payment is processed at the time of order via Mollie or Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, and other methods listed at checkout.

Shipping

We ship from our warehouse in Spain across the European Union. Standard delivery times and costs are listed on our Shipping & returns page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within seven days at hello@linnandpaw.com.

Returns and refunds

You have fourteen days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. Full conditions are detailed in our Refund policy.

Intellectual property

All content on the Services — including text, photography, logos, graphics, and product imagery — is owned by or licensed to Linn & Paw and is protected under intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

The Linn & Paw name and logo are trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

User conduct

When using the Services, you agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Use the Services in a way that violates applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the Services
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our written permission
  • Use the Services for resale without authorisation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Linn & Paw is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, supply chain disruption, government action, or pandemic.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute arising from your use of the Services or any order placed through them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brugge, Belgium, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be posted here, with the "last updated" date reflecting any change. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Services where appropriate.
