Refund policy

We want every piece you receive from Linn & Paw to earn its place in your home. If something doesn't suit, you have fourteen days from delivery to return it for a full refund.
Return window
You have fourteen calendar days from the day your order is delivered to initiate a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns except in cases of manufacturing defect or damage in transit.
Conditions for return
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In its original packaging, with all tags and protective materials intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, or to offer a partial refund where items show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened consumables (treats, supplements, food)
- Items that have been used by or in contact with an animal
- Custom-made or personalised pieces
- Gift cards
How to start a return
Send an email to aesaertivic@gmail.com with your order number and a brief note. We'll send you the return address and confirm next steps within one business day.
You do not need to fill out any form, and we do not require a reason. We do appreciate honest feedback — it helps us improve.
Return shipping
Return shipping is at your own cost, except in the following cases, where we cover everything:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective or doesn't match the description
- We sent the wrong item
In these cases, send us a photo at aesaertivic@gmail.com within seven days of delivery and we will arrange a free return label.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within five business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take a further three to ten days to appear on your statement.
Refunds include the full purchase price of the item. Original shipping costs are not refunded, except in cases of damage, defect, or our error.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or piece, please return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or wrong arrivals
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery at aesaertivic@gmail.com with a photo. We will arrange a replacement and a free return at no cost to you.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order at no charge before it ships. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.
To cancel, email us at aesaertivic@gmail.com as soon as possible. We typically ship within 24 hours of order placement, so cancellations need to be quick.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law, including the right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Where applicable national law provides for greater protection, that law prevails.
