Returns
Fourteen days from delivery. No forms. Free EU return label.
What you can return
Anything unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email us at hello@linnandpaw.com and we'll send a return label.
Damaged or wrong arrivals
Send a photo within seven days at hello@linnandpaw.com. We arrange a replacement and free return.
Refunds
Five business days after we receive the item. Plus three to ten days for your bank.
