This shipping policy describes how, when, and where Linn & Paw delivers your order. By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms below.

Where we ship

We ship across the European Union and the European Economic Area, including:

Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Bulgaria, Romania.

We currently do not ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, or destinations outside Europe. We're working on it.

Where we ship from

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Spain. Most orders leave within 24 hours of payment confirmation, on weekdays.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg — 1 to 2 business days
  • Germany, France, Austria — 2 to 3 business days
  • Italy, Spain, Portugal — 2 to 4 business days
  • Other EU countries — 3 to 5 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary depending on the carrier, your location, and circumstances beyond our control such as weather, customs inspections, or peak shopping periods.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Free shipping on all EU orders over €60.

Standard rates below €60:

  • Belgium — €4,95
  • Netherlands, Luxembourg — €6,95
  • Germany, France, Austria — €8,95
  • Italy, Spain, Portugal — €9,95
  • Other EU countries — €11,95

All prices include applicable VAT.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with a tracking link. If you don't see the email within 48 hours of your order, check your spam folder before contacting us.

Carriers

We work with established European carriers including DPD, UPS, GLS, and PostNL, depending on your destination and the size of your parcel. The choice of carrier is made automatically based on what offers the fastest, most reliable delivery to your address.

Delivery to a parcel locker or pick-up point

Where carrier infrastructure allows it, you can choose to have your order delivered to a parcel locker or pick-up point at checkout. This option is mainly available in Benelux, Germany, France, and Northern Europe.

Failed delivery and unclaimed parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered and is not collected from the carrier's pick-up point or sent back to us, you remain responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery or refund the order minus shipping costs incurred.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel — or that a pick-up point is selected.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, send us a photo at hello@linnandpaw.com within seven days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.

If your parcel does not arrive within ten business days of dispatch and the tracking does not show recent updates, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered if the carrier confirms successful drop-off, but we will assist with carrier disputes where reasonable.

Customs and duties

All EU orders are shipped duty-paid. There are no customs charges for EU customers.

Shipping outside business hours and holidays

Orders placed after 14:00 CET are typically dispatched the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or Belgian and Spanish public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

During peak shopping periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the December holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We will note any delays prominently on our site and at checkout.
